Rude Customer Service agent

Customer agent rude to the core, I am working customer service never ever have I experienced such bad service from an agent, I am truly disappointed being sent from pillar to post by one person who doesn't even know anything about the the product. My connection was done on the 4th at the wrong place. Now I must pay extra charges for the right thing to be done.
