Rude call centre agent Sicelo at Vumatel

Called in because I was having complications with my order. Sicelo was so rude and disrespectful. When I tried to correct him in his foolish behaviour that you don't talk to people especially customers in a condescending, disrespectful tone, he dropped the call.

Even Mweb said I should never call them directly to avoid the disrespect, maybe that's their known behaviors from their people. It is apppaling.
