******* removal and inadequate tar repairs after installations

My problem is that VUMA has not removed their ******* from the corners of Juniper/Lucy street Primrose Germiston and most of the other corners as well. It is there now for weeks and it doesn’t seem that they are going to remove it. Also the retaring around there manholes has not been done.
