RONNET VUMATEL SERVICE. DON'T SUPPORT VUMATEL

Please don't change you ISP for Vumatel. Service delivery is absolutely pathetic. Vumatel in Glenvista has been down since the 5th of July 2018. Initially we where told that the line would be down for 8 hours as Vumatel were installing new switches. When inquiring a day or two later we were told that they are experiencing problems with their configuration. The the line came up for about 2 days and went down again. We were then told that 70 clients were down but that 50 would be fixed that evening and the other 20 the next morning. Well, we are still waiting. On Friday 13 July 2018 we were told that Vumatel lost our object number and would come out to our house to fix it. I did not happen. On Saturday, after anther call we we told that we were first on the list to be fixed. Nothing yet! Vumatel lets Telkom look like angels when it comes to service. Why must we pay or support Vumatel if they can't deliver? Cancelling my Vumatel is now becoming an option and I will certainly not pay for theit incompetence.
