When are you going to change your pricing to be more competitive? RSAWeb/Octotel offers 35/25 for R495! I pay R699 for 10/10 thru vox and you guys!

Octotel upgraded their customers free of charge whereas Vox charged me for an upgrade I didn't even ask for!
