Ridiculously poor service

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I have been without internetfor 8 days. Been given the run around each day that my query has been "escalted". After the day 3, a technician came put to assess my issue and it was established that a reinstallation was required because of the Fibre that kinked. Nothing has happened since then. Each day I'm told the same lies by different agents through Vumatel whatsapp services. I require internet to do my job and now I pay exorbitant amounts in data. I will never recommend vumatel and webafrica to any human being. This is a real disgrace!
