Ridiculous service, *********** staff

I was dealing with Asanda L, who gave me very poor service. I want to cancel my membership due to the ridiculous service I received from her. How do you keep a client waiting for over 10 mins and come back with nothing, then say I will transfer you to another department. Utter disrespect, no empathy at all. I would not recommend your services to anyone, disgusted 🤢
