Ridiculous service from Vumatel,yet again...

So for the past 4 days or say my internet randomly decides to act out...

Thus leading to higher ping,high jitter and poor download speeds.

We have a 100mb and sometimes i only recieve around 7 download and never more than 60 and just poor network quality overall.

I try explaining to Vumatel that the problem is on their side as multiple people in my area have the same problems at the exact same times.

Nonetheless Vumatel still argues and says it is an ISP related problem yet none of us are by the same ISP and are experiencing the exact same problems.

When you try explaining this to them they tell you to contact their support team and you end up being placed on hold for 30mins+.

This service is completely ridiculous,yet they call themselves a “Fast fibre” provider.

Unfortunately they are the Monopoly with fibre atm, as we all know Openserve is even worse.

This is a never ending cycle with them and they care very little for their customers and have don’t provide any helping service whatsoever.
