Ridiculous service

Vuma and WebAfrica are a nightmare. We have been in contact with them from Tuesday regarding our product update and no one is helpful, they just got our money for nothing with no service at all. it’s been 4 days now without data they can’t even give you a direct contact number or call a person back when need be. Everyday I spend hours on chats with different people and they all tell me my case was escalated and says someone will be in contact with 48 hours TAT.
