Ridiculous Annual Increase Vumatel
Hi There
I am extremely upset we received notification today that our monthly fiber service amount will increase from the 1st of April 2025 from R395 to R699. This is ridiculous it is double the monthly installments we are currently paying. I understand that all services has an annual increase, which is understandable. But this is a ridiculous amount. And we only signed up a month ago. I cannot believe this.

Thank you for your reply. However, I was told my Axxess that it was an Increase directly from Vumatel and they cannot do anything about it. Hence, my review is directly directed to you.
They are giving Vumatel a bad wrap.
