RESPOND TO AFRIHOST PLEASE I NEED ACTIVATION disgusting service!!

Vuma can you please delink my address from the incorrect address and respond to afrihost emails from senior back office escalations team! So I can active my wifi I have been waiting since the 31st of march for activation and 3 weeks now for your feedback YOU are DELAYING my activation by 2 months! I'm this close to asking for a refund and going with Rain! Your Vuma agent who called me told me my order is right at the bottom and cannot be found so i need to place a new order! My life is being affected negatively my kids are homeschooled and I work from home you are ruining my life with no wifi connection and you still see it as an opportunity to make a commission! This is disgusting service! Please activate my wifi! I AM URGENTLY AWAITING FEEDBACK FOR ACTIVATION!
