Requesting to cancel my services

I sent numerous emails to all the various Vumatel and Vox and On Air Fiber departments to cancel my services effective as of 01st of March but no-one cared to respond or contact me.

Please can I have confirmation that my services will be canceled as from 01st of March 2024.
