I app**** for fibre on the 1march but till today no technician came for installation then to my surprise im told that there's someone else whose using the same line under my name of which I don't understand how because I didn't receive any router no technician came for installation then to my surprise again they send me messages saying that if I don't pay my subscription will be suspended yet I didn't get any service from them and they are *********** and they keep on making empty promises they must be accountable and I need this matter to be resolved ASAP thanks Vuyiswa
