Release my line

Request to release my line logged a week ago after I cancelled my line in Nov. Still no response still no movement on the query. Wasted about R 300 airtime going in circles last week as no one could tell me what is going on and I need to work. Only to be informed the query is stuck with vumatel and there is nothing they can do while it is being held up. I must patiently wait however no one seems to care that my job is on the line as I cannot work without internet. ALL I WANT IS MY LINE RELEASE DATE CHANGED!
