Regret signing up

No happy with the service ; since the fibre has been installed nothing happened ; why did i sign up and no one is willing to assist. I am being told everything is fine on their side like really who is using this fibre and who is paying for the services. I am starting to regret why i signed up ; i have been using RAIN all along and everything was perfect.
