Refusing to cancel subscription

Vuma does not even deserve the one star. I requested for cancelation from beginning of August 2024 but they still debit my account without fail. I have spoken to many consultants and requested for a refund and this morning again I was debited. So this is the 4th month paying for a service I am not using.
