Refund, Vumatel is the worst 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Vumatel has the worst service even their agent...so I wanted their fiber at my place I paid everything through their agent who was assisting me. When the installation guy's came they said there is no coverage and I should ask for refund. it's been a month now going to the second month I don't get my refund and the agent keeps on giving me excuse. The vumatel WhatsApp number it's even worse they just don't give me the straight answer. Vumatel I need my refund stop treating us like we didn't pay I want my money.

24 Mar 2025, 14:05I paid straight into vumatel using the reference number I did not make any EFT so please send my refund and stop the run around..I have sent the reference number why can't you check on your system on what happened. I repeat I did not make an EFT .
