Refund request of R400 which I paid no luck I am being send from vumatel to web Africa and vice versa.

I was advised to make a payment of R400 before I can get Fibre I then paid onto the easy pay number *** on the 13th of September 2021 which was given to me I also send several emails to vuma and web africa no feedback as to what happened to my R400. I send emails to sales. ***. One day some guy called me and said this easy pay number belongs to another client and he can see there was two payments made in September 2021 the one I made and one the other client made. I only want a refund for the R400 it's all because I am now a client of web africa they dlare doing automated debits every 1st of the month.
