Refund request

I signed up on the 27/04/2024,being assisted by a guy called Sandile instructing me on how to do it. After signing up,I waited for the installation but nothing happened, I waited and called in only to be told that they no longer take business for Khayelitsha but they took my money when I signed up. I requested for a refund that was logged on the 9/05/2014,was instructed to send throught my proof of account and proof of payment,I sent through my bank statement and called in again and a Lady called Nontlantla said the documents were sufficient and I would receive my funds within 6 to 8 weeks I waited. Since then I have not received anything,when I called in last week I was told I would be called back,I called in for 4 consecutive days spoke to 3 different agents being promised to be called back...Today I called in again and was told that the refund would be relogged and I must wait for another 3 weeks because I was supposed to sent through the proof from payshap and no body told me that when I sent through the bankstatement....I am not happy at all and I want my R388.
