Refund Request

Accelerit/Vumatel doesnt even deserve a star the worst company I have ever dealt with I sign up with them on the 27th of October I was advise that I need to pay a once off fee of R149 and I paid that R149 on the same day. I then collected my router on the 28th of October I was advise I will then receive an invoice then I have to pay a prorate amount so that I can be able to have internet connection I only received the invoice on the 17th of November I then paid R174.63 since then I havent had internet connection as promised I have been calling this company since I receive my router in October even but I am not being assisted I am just requesting for my R174.63 to be refunded and cancel my subscription so that I can take my business elsewhere
