Refund process a nightmare!

I have spoken to more than 4 agents with Web Africa since the 1 July 2024. Only one agent assisted me SFiso M. who called me and explained the situation to me in detail.

However it's the 31 July 2024 and for some reason I have no received my refund due to an error between Web Africa and Vumatel.

My account was charged double for 4 months and I would simply like my refund instead of having to repeat my case or story to the 9th or 10th agent!

Absolute ********** communication from the customer service team but still a step above Vumatel who have never reached out or sent the follow up emails from Finance as promised.

Please could someone assist me in resolving this matter!
