Refund not yet received over a month now

I signed up with Vumatel on the 25th April 2024. Back and forth has happened from lying agents on their call center to no replies on my emails or them keep telling me that they have escalated the matter and refund will be actioned. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up with this company. I am still waiting for my refund!
