Refund not received since 22/07/2021 to date 16/09/2021

On the 21 July I paid money because i wanted to use Vuma only to find out , I had no coverage even though the poles where installed around the area. I later contacted Vuma to get a refund as I had already paid for the service. I was told the refund would be done within 7 - 14 days. I have not yet been refunded 56 days later. I'm being moved from pillar to post by Nontethelelo Dlamini who today advised I should contact someone else. I just want my money by end of business on the 17/09/2021
