I want my REFUND!
I have been sent from pillar to post and also went to your ***** offices in Mitchel's Plain and couldn't get any assistance, you are debiting my account without any installation or permission. I want my R400 back. There's no accountability you service is pathetic. I WANT MY MONEY!!!

05 Apr 2023, 16:22Can you stop debiting my account!!you're causing unnecessary bank charges just today I had another debit done on my account and I never app**** for your service. For the last time I don't have an ISP when I contacted SADV they told me that my money was paid to a VUMATEL bank account on the 24/02/2023 so can you just give me my money already?...Your offices are pathetic and useless.
