Refund me my money

Am waiting for a refund approval and told that this takes two weeks, I fail to understand how a refund takes two weeks yet when I signed up you made sure the money is deducted upfront

I want to connect to the internet and unfortunately you not live on my street and still I fail to understand how that is my fault whilst those procedures should have been followed from day one. I want my refund approved asap my business is a standstill
