Refund for network i never used ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I want to know since the contract is a month to month contract and i never got to use the network this month ,when will i get my reFund ? The run around from both Vumatel and Mweb is frustrating because i never used the network and Vumtel has not send a technician due the problem they are facing currently in my area. So it is clear i have paid Mweb for service that i didn't even used. I need a refund urgently!!!
