REFUND ENQUIRY

The service consultants Palesa,Bongane,Bontle,Thato,Nonhlanhla and few others that I didn't get their names. this people have poor service I have been asking for a refund from the December last year even now they cant help me, all the know is to end chats without resolving my problem. they keep on telling me that the refund takes 14-21days i mean since December i work in finance and i know it doesn't take 21days to refund a person you cant help. Can this people please train their people and kindly refund me
