Refund

I had problem on the 27th September where I paid to the wrong account which I understand it was my fault , called Vuma contact Centre where they advice they would refund the money after 7 days , 7 days passed called Vuma again they advised that takes 20days for the refund to my surprise I still haven't gotten the refund and today its the 18th of Nov and the money I called with its more than the refund I'm EXPECTING from them . every time I called the call Centre they take me from pillar to post and they hanged up never get through to the manager let along the supervisor ,sent emails but non of them are rep**** ..
