Refund BACK

@Vuma.. On the 18.12.2021 I made a payment of 400.00 to get the installation till date I have not received any proper feedback. I have lodged a complaint on their end and was told feedback will be received in 48 hours to get my refund back till date I have not heard anything back. I’m so disappointed/ displeased with this service . Looking at the reviews also clearly it’s what they do best rob people their money. I want my money back . Please help.
