I ordered fibre on the 2nd of July and I paid R399. Mid month I was told they no longer install in khayelitsha so I had to cancel my order after 2 weeks of writing to their agents and not getting an answer. Finally I was told they don't install in khayelitsha anymore. I have now been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks, please Vumatel is it that hard to pay people back their money? This is ridiculous a whole 3 weeks.
