Refund

I made a payment on the 12/10 wanting to use their services. The following day when the technicians came to install the fiber they told me that we don’t have the poles in my area and there’s nothing they can do at the moment, which I understood. I’ve been asking about my refund and no feedback till now. Tried Twitter and they told me to follow up with my ISP which is Fly.cool, I’ve been sending them messages and no response at all. There’s no number I can call, apparently their call centre closed down.

Please can I just have my refund back!!
