Refund!
I've been waiting for my refund since January with no joy and honestly getting tired of doing a follow up. Received a call from one of the agents last week and she advised me it will take only 24hrs

27 Feb 2023, 15:45I won't be calling mweb to be camping on the IVR for long. 1missed call isn't enough and definitely not recommending it to any of my friends or family members. Taking this to tweeter aswell

27 Feb 2023, 21:10I've called from the 24th of January, they confirmed my cancellation n was told it would take 15days. In February I called again n was told it would take 5days. last week I received a call from an agent she advised it will take 24/48hrs. Clearly yol willing to loose more business because I'm making sure that no one subscribe to vuma
