Refund

I have made payment for my new wifi on the 28th of february the money was allocated to my old wifi that i cancelled they told me they will allocate the money to my new wifi then they said i must make payment again for my new wifi they will refund for the payment i made in february. I am still waiting for that refund everyday i speak to different consultant they telling me the account department cobtact me till today .

Yesterday they told me money was paid in my account on the 12th i send them my 3 months bank statement as proof cause on the 20th the other one told me they will call me after 3 working days to confirm my banking details is defferent stories everyday
