Refund

I’m very disappointed in the service I’ve received from this company. They told me to make payments before they send out a technician to install the fibre and I have been waiting for a whole month. Everytime I enquire with the agent that was assisting me she sends me from pillar to post with no feedback on what the way forward should be. I’m very angry and need my refund and even that has become a problem because I have been asking for my money back but still not getting a straight answer. Their service is the worst and have little to no regard towards their clients
