Refund

I paid for vumatel fibre through home connect and I cancelled since it was a struggle to find address but Vamatel and home connect the ISP are not refunding me my money they keep on saying I should wait for Vuma and Vuma directs me to home connect I am so sick by your service you have the worst service ever and no respect for your customers
