I app**** for fiber and you guys gave me a payment link to pay then I paid but now you telling me that you can't assist me. All I need is my money back. I don't want anything to do with you or webafrica. A stupid agent from webafrica told me that it can take up to 2 months for vumatel to refund the money. I mean that's my money what's difficult for you guys to give me back my money
