refund

i have spoken to an agent and was told the supervisor will call me back, all my proof and bank confirmation was sent and i have received my refund for services not rendered.

my last encounter with them, untill now noone have contacted me, their incompetancy is off high standard. its almost 2 months now just to interact with payfast by advising them for my refund. all my proof was send now i must wait because of their mistake. the reference nr of payfast was included in previous message which was send to them from payfast. Next step would be probably be legal which they will pay as all relevant proof was send end even confirmed by them.
