REFRESHING SERVICE!

I had been experiencing issues with my upload speeds for three days when my ISP finally advised that Vumatel would be visiting my premises to resolve the issue. The very next morning Mbulelo Mkwalo and Elliot Busile arrived to attend to my ticket. Unfortunately, there was nobody home when they arrived; I then informed them that I will be available from 13h00 onwards. At 13h00 on the dot, Mbulelo and Eliot returned.

These two gentlemen were pleasant, communicated the problem and resolution clearly, were respectful and displayed exceptional professionalism.

Service of this nature is refreshing!
