Rectifying a ****** Address Vumatel & Webafrica
I've decided to cancel rain and opt for Vumatel the conversation started 25 January 2023 on Facebook however they're playing a blame game with the company known as Webafrica according to them they say my home number has already has account holder of which I do not know of and I'm first time subscriber for the service and they are taking me back and forth which makes it difficult for me to choose a service provider of choice and the of communication is extremely poor from both entities and I've already paid a company known Flydotcool.

18 Feb 2023, 03:30Another problem that I have noticed about the agent's from Vumatel they tend to call during my working hour's when I request them to call me during lunch time yes they would agree however fail to live upon the agreement which leads to the query dragging over and over again. I got a call from an agent yesterday and he could hear that I'm working (On a call with client) then I politely asked him to call me around 13:00 I'm still waiting for the call as we speak. The reason why customer's get agitated by the Vumatel organization is because the agent's do not follow through the queries logged in.
They've been sending me a link to reply privately which I will not do because defeats the whole purpose of (Hellopeter) from what I have wrote the is no sensitive information that I have revealed thus far and very much aware as to when is best time to reply privately.
Hellopeter is where everything needs to be transparent at all times and pursued customers to reply privately that's appalling imagine.
They've been sending me a link to reply privately which I will not do because defeats the whole purpose of (Hellopeter) from what I have wrote the is no sensitive information that I have revealed thus far and very much aware as to when is best time to reply privately.
