Received the worst service

I have had a horrible experience with MWEB and Vumatel. Both organisations keep sending me from pillar to post, and they want to avoid taking responsibility for a failed activation. I've been contacting both of them for four days, and I am still waiting for someone to give me feedback on what you have escalated. Can someone please contact me so I can get my money back and collect your Vuma WiFi connect? I do not want your services anymore.
