Really the worst service I have seen and heard of for a long time

Worst experience ever spoke to three different so call experienced people in three days and none could actually assist and mybl8ne is still off no internet all I hear is sorry just give us 24 hours and we will sort the problem out that was friday for the last time that heard that message,Today when I contacted them again I was informed that the call was closed and I have to start the process over and explain again to a fourth person that same thing over again.Afrihost now blame vuma that they didn't do there job properly but last month there was nothing wrong with my line we just switched over to afrihost because of payments issues with Vuma.Now that I wanne cancel I must wait 5 to 7 working days to have the money paid back into my account
