Really bad service

Its going on for more than 2 months now and no one from fly.cool or vumatel has done anything to fix the issue, i have been without internet and its been soooo frustrating even to get a hold of anyone, and when i do they give the same damn excuse each time, they claim that the work has been placed on hold due to unrest but thats just bull my area has been quite for some time now and no one from their side has made any effort whats so ever.
