Really bad service

I have placed an order through my internet service Axxess about 3 weeks ago with anticipation of the quick service i have normally received over some time. this is not the case. On contact i have been told that due to there being 2 lines already in my premises that my flat needs a new profile generated. this was after week one and now every time i have checked to see what's happening i get told the same story every time. i have to wait as they need to generate my line on the property and an inspection will be done to see where my line will be installed. This is unacceptable as I do a lot of work from home ad have used a lot of my money at coffee shops and all that to maintain my job.
