Re-occurring error every week Vumatel takes its time to fix it !
Every week I’m facing ond issue( LOS reflecting red ) ,and guess what I’ll be told it will be resolved in 72 hours .I just woke up without connection ,last week it was same issue 😡It is the 4th time now every week .I am going to spend weekend without internet because apparently “ticket get resolved in 72house “ what is this Vumatel ?
