RE-FUND FOR OVER A MONTH

The most horrible service in the history of internet providing, have been waiting on my refund for the past month from Vumatel/SADV, after waiting for 2weeks for my router to be moved to a new complex. Only to be told that the installation cannot be completed for one person at the complex. Have been sending follow-ups on whatsapp since they do not have a telephonic customer care line where I have been made a fool, if its not one agent stating my ID number does not exist its another stating the ticket cannot be picked up. Please stay away from Vumatel and SADV they do not provide services instead they provide excuses and problems.
