Rather Pathetic and Non-Existent Service Offering From Vumatel

Their customer care department appear uninformed and don't appear to be able to understand what they are there to do. On day 4, three follow ups later, I spoke to a Gladwin (completely useless, sorry Gladwin, but even you'd agree you were). They tell me they have a 24-48 hour turnaround time. It's day 4 (80+ hours late). I asked why they haven't responded in 48 hours. The response I get: "Oh, I see that". I ask to speak to someone that can actually help. I get put on hold for 10+ minutes. 1 star rating for Gladwin.
