****** mother ****ers made us to live in a **** whole

I am very ****ed, disappointed and severely offended by the lack of professionalism at this rasist mother ****en company. I laid a complaint more than 2 weeks back and they claimed that they will contact me. After that on several occasions when I tried to follow up on my case a Zoleka Guca had the nerve to ask me to provide them with my device serial number. Firstly my complaint had nothing to do with a so called device, and secondly he or she continued to patronize me by refusing to provide me with the contact details of the direct person I need to talk to, she even failed to apologize for responding to my complaint without even reading it through and just went on making false statements saying that I will be contacted soon.. When is soon? When Jesus comes back? When I requested the turn around time to complete my case, I was bluntly ignored like I am some stupid crazy fool. What ****es me off is the fact that their so called inspector came and while he was at my house he called their office and reported that the fault was at their end. So it looks like since they know that they need to pay for all the money I spent even for the trauma caused and the fact that my 2 and 5 year old then were exposed to this hazardous situation and as a result they were frequently sick and had to go to the doctor. I want to be paid back every single cent. Unless if they want me to get my lawyers involved I will be glad to do so, the case can drag for years for all I care and I will make sure that this is posted on every social media platform. This ******* have ****** my money and ****ed my family's life. They don't take my complaints seriously because I am black and they think they will just ignore me because I can't threaten them with big law suits. I know I don't have big money but the little I had to keep my family alive I had to clean up **** they created, my home was covered in **** for almost 1 year. My father's health got impacted due to the frustration, I ended up paying 45k for him to get a heart surgery.. Yet I am expected to shut up and say nothing because I am black. Nonsense rasists.
