Vuma is one of the worst when it comes to customer service, I wanted to get fiber at my new place, and was told that when I bought it previous owner canceled with Telkom and that the line would be released for new connection the 30th . Did not happen it is now 7 day's with no internet /fiber. Trying calling them does not help I have waited on line 40 to 60 minutes still no one would take the call left message to call back no such thing ever happens. I have one word for them absolutely useless
