QUIRY ABOUT VUMATEL AND IT'S BAD SERVICE

I am not happy with Vumatel service. I have paid R395.00 as a new member under Supersonic which is under Vumatel. I reported that my cable has been cut since it was installed from the other street on my back opposite. It's been more than six weeks of complaining at their regional office in Soweto. Nothing has happened and I still don't have Wi-Fi at my home. I am in Mofolo South, Soweto, 377 Ngwenya Street. ***
