quick turnaround time

I reported a problem with my fibre service to VumaTel through Afrihost. I logged the call on Friday morning and expected a resolution only on Monday. However, on Friday afternoon, VumaTel contacted me and asked if I was home. I confirmed that I was, and they informed me that technicians were on their way. I was pleasantly surprised that they were attending to my issue so promptly and felt overjoyed that my fibre service would be fixed that same day.
